Managing Director – John Ewing was registered as a Legal Practitioner in 2003, shortly thereafter he jointly founded DATAMARK along with his father, Dougal. In his role as managing director, John maintains relationships with DATAMARK’s clients in addition to focusing on continuous product improvement.
Operations Manager – Keenan Breda joined DATAMARK from a well-known Retail Chain where he was the Group Auditor. With a desire to be involved in the operational side of a business, Keenan moved to DATAMARK where he oversees ground operations on DATAMARK sites countrywide.
Operations Manager – Matthew Donovan joined DATAMARK in March 2022 after spending 10 years working in the hospitality industry in Europe. Matthew assists with daily site management of both the DATATRACK and Tyre Management Systems. Matt presents report packages to clients as well as works with clients to customise monthly reports to their requirements.
DATATRACK Systems Manager – Rebecca Mudzingwa joined DATAMARK in 2010 as a data capture clerk where her system knowledge and ability with numbers were quickly recognised. Rebecca manages the data capture centre personnel and oversees the information flows from the sites. She holds a Diploma in Business Management and has headed up DATAMARK’s DATATRACK system for the last 10 years.
Managing Director, DATAMARK Zambia – Laura McGregor has led the expansion of service delivery into the region. She is currently based in Zambia. Laura has 20 years’ experience in business establishment and operations in Zambia and has consulted on various agricultural and power
projects in Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique
Tyre Management System Administrator – Mercy Kahiya manages DATAMARK’s Tyre Management System database. She has extensive TMS experience in both South Africa and Zimbabwe and has worked on tyre management systems for over 10 years. Mercy joined DATAMARK in 2016.
Tyre Management System Administrator – Anna Morris worked as an account manager for a tyre software development company, based in the UK. Anna joined DATAMARK in 2020 and trained on the Budini Tyre Management System, she is responsible for Tyre Management System implementation and site management.
Graphic Designer – Panashe Ndewe is responsible for all of DATAMARK’s graphic design and printing requirements and joined DATAMARK in 2017. Panashe’s main focus is the creation and production of DATAMARK’s bar code and general labels as well as the production of training videos for site staff.
Accounts and Office Manager – Claire Cowley studied accounts through ACCA and joined DATAMARK permanently in July 2020. Claire is employed as office manager ensuring that the books are in order, employee contracts are up to date and that teas and coffees are replenished!
Key Account System Manager – Elijah Maswera has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Zimbabwe and joined Datamark in 2020. Elijah majored in data analytics and oversees key accounts with a focus on data processing and pulling of reports
Key Account SystemManager- Edward Bamusi has a degree in Software Engineering from the University of Ningxia in China and joined Datamark in 2019. He oversees key accounts with a focus on data processing and the generation of monthly client reports
Accounts and Office Manager – Lennisha Darrell joined DATAMARK permanently in February 2024. She ensures that the books and HR are in order, as well as ensuring that teas and coffees are replenished! She is currently attending ACCA to attain her accountancy accreditation in Zimbabwe.
